Job Description

1. Implement a social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.

2. Manage and be responsible for all company-managed publication channels on

Social Media

3. Create, edit, and manage creative content and collaborate with internal teams to

develop a publication strategy that aligns with the companys target audience and

objectives.

4. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify relevant content topics

and formats.

5. Monitor, interact, and build relationships with followers, communities, and

influencers to increase engagement.

6. Distribute content through social media channels and other publication

platforms, ensuring content reaches the right target audience.

7. Monitor and analyses content performance and ensure published content is

published on schedule and meets quality standards.

8. Promote content through various channels, including paid advertising, paid

media, partnerships, and influencers (KOL).

9. Design, manage, and analyses paid advertising campaigns on social media

platforms.

10. Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create and manage

engaging visual content, such as images, infographics, and videos.

11. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Marketing, Business,

Data Analyst, Product, IT, CS, and Operations, to support the implementation of

publication projects.

12. Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, influencers, partners,

and other internal and external parties.

13. Conduct regular content performance analysis and reporting, measuring the

success of predetermined metrics (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly).

14. Compile and submit regular reports on each activity and provide

recommendations for future improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills to produce engaging and relevant content.
  • Creative and innovative in developing content ideas and social media strategies.
  • Understanding of social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic graphic design and photo/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and keep up with the latest digital trends.
