About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at PT Bostap Makmur Berkat. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and support our overall marketing objectives. Based in our Jakarta Utara office, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence and online reputation of our company.

What youll be doing

1. Manage the companys social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and Website

2. Create and curate engaging, on-brand content to build a strong social media presence

3. Develop and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives and business goals

4. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing and branding strategies

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement them to enhance our digital presence

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2. 2-3 years of experience in a social media specialist or digital marketing role

3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

5. Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics, and reporting

6. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

7. Keen attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
