BLoO Hotel & Restaurant dan S18 Bali Villas sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Sous Chef di Kuta, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

Kualifikasi pekerjaan:
  • Mencari kandidat untuk bekerja pada:
    • Rabu: Pagi, Siang
    • Kamis: Pagi, Siang
    • Jumat: Pagi, Siang
    • Sabtu: Pagi, Siang
    • Minggu: Pagi, Siang
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp6,500,000 - Rp7,800,000 per bulan
  1. HEAD CHEF / SOUS CHEF

Requirements:

  • Have minimum 2 years in the same position applied.

  • Minimum graduated from Diploma; Bachelor is an advantage.

  • Able to operate a VHP system.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

  • Good health & appearance, positive attitude, highly motivated & a team player.

  • Good communication in English & Guest oriented also service - minded.

  • Able to work immediately.

·      Maintain Kitchen Operations for excellence results.

·      Team Leadership & Training Development

·      Menu Development & Consistency

·      Conduct Regular Inventory & Cost Control

·      Guest Satisfaction & Service Excellence

·      Maintain Hygiene, Health, Safety & Compliance Standards
