Qualifications & experience

• Experienced in massage therapy, aesthetics, Hair Spa or relevant spa-related field. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of various treatment techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Less experience can consider as Junior Therapists

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of treatments including massage therapy, facials, body, hair spa and other services based on client needs.

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Follow all health and safety protocols.

• Recommend appropriate spa products or wellness services to clients for aftercare and overall well-being.

• Work closely with other staff members, including reception and management, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive experience for clients
