Technical Skills
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or other supporting applications).
Have Experience in Corporate Identity Branding are more preferable
Have Experience in Offline Branding (Showroom Branding, Office Exterior and Office Exterior Branding) Are More Preferable.
Strong understanding of brand activation, event management, and partnership development.
Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and post-event evaluation reports (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Strong negotiation and business communication skills for sponsorships and partnerships.
Familiar with branding & partnership KPIs (brand awareness, ROI, engagement).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (communities, vendors, business partners).
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication,Graphic Design, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, event management, branding, sponsorship, or partnership (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
Fresh graduates with strong internship or organizational experience in branding & events are welcome to apply.
