About the role

As a Supervisor Finance & Accounting at PT. IAS HOSPITALITY INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for the company. This contract position is based in Denpasar, Bali, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading hospitality organisation.

What youll be doing

• Supervise a team of finance and accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies
• Analyse financial data and provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the companys assets
• Provide training and mentorship to finance and accounting staff to enhance their skills and capabilities

What were looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal control frameworks
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage a team and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
