Supervisor Tire 2W

Job Description :

• Responsible for achieving sales targets.

• Responsible for budgeting promotions

• Manage, foster, and evaluate distributors and their entire network.

• Fostering distributor sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Carry out all marketing activities, including planning and implementing promotional and branding activities.

• Create a distribution program.

• Create a monthly report.

• Reporting and responsible directly to superior.

Qualifications:

• Maximum 35 years old.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelors Degree in any field.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Automotive is required for this position. 2W or 4W experience (tire, spare part, forklift, heavy equipment, oil, lubricant, etc.) is preferably.

• Required Skill(s): Presentation skill, Good analytical thinking, Marketing, Promotion, Branding.

• Active, Dare to be challenged, Target-oriented.

• Willing to travel across Indonesia for business trip.

• Willing to placement at Jakarta Utara.

• Advanced in Ms. Excel is a plus
