About the Role

Responsible for developing and managing talents internally, especially future leaders, to support AIAs business needs.

• Identify and develop talents of employees based upon current and future business objectives, design and implement programmes that supply AIA with trained executives in accordance with AIAs plans and strategies
• Consult with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of management training programmes
• Coordinate programmes in management appraisal, counselling, promotion and placement
• Identify required skills within AIA and develop programmes to ensure such skills remain within AIA
