Technical Trainer for Big Tractor / Big Agri Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Trainer for Big Tractor / Big Agri Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position is based in Depok, West Java, and will play a crucial role in supporting our business.

What youll be doing

• Providing comprehensive technical training to our customers on the operation and maintenance of our large agricultural equipment and tractors

• Create and in charge Annual Training Plan and Schedule, Manage Event, Trainer, Budget, and Administration

• Conduct Training Event, Record Result, Monitor Field Implementation within certain period

• Developing and delivering training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations

• Collaborating with the engineering team to stay up to date on product updates and improvements

• Providing feedback and recommendations to enhance our training program and customer support

• Monitor Service Network manpower, facility and equipment readiness

• Manage Product Sample taken from warehouse until back to Sales inventory

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical trainer supervisor in the agricultural or heavy equipment industry

• In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of large tractors and other heavy farming machinery

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and support customers

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
