Ticketing Reservation

We are hiring for Ticketing Reservation who are eager to join our team

What are we looking for:

• Fresh graduates or experienced candidates age between 21 - 30 years old

• Ability to operate GDS (Galileo or Sabre) will be prioritized

• A detail-oriented person who is able to multi task

• A good team player and customer-oriented

• Good communication (writing and speaking) skills both in Indonesian and English

• Passionate in hospitality industry

• Having some travel experiences is a great plus point

Roles

• Handle incoming flight reservation inquiries, providing information about flight availability and rates, and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences

• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations. 

• Address guests problems or issues related to reservations and provide a satisfactory solutions 

• Maintain accurate reports of reservation activities
