Transformational Project Manager

• End-to-end project delivery to ensure within set timelines and deadline. Produce high level project timeline. Change Management • Engage Local Business Units to socialize the project/rollout/implementation plan. • Work with Local Business Units and Director, PMO to come up with implementation schedule. • Raise and own all Change Requests required for the delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transformational initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and alignment with business strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing business process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in Business Process Mapping and Design, from high-level to granular detail.
• Expertise in Business Process Improvement methodologies, particularly Lean Six Sigma (including BPM Framework, DMAIC, RACI Matrix, Context Diagram).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
