Visual Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising (VM) guidelines for new product launches and campaigns.

  • Ensure all launches align with brand identity and visual standards.

  • Recommend display adjustments to boost sales and visual appeal.

  • Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align VM strategies with broader brand objectives.

  • Conduct VM training sessions to elevate store team capabilities on visual presentation standards and best practices.

  • Monitor customer interaction and behavior, adjusting displays and layouts to optimize the shopping experience and increase conversion.

  • Stay current on industry trends, iinovations and sustainable visual merchandising practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Communication Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Strong experience in visual merchandising within fashion or lifestyle retail.

  • In-depth knowledge of brand visual standards, retail operations, and merchandising best practices.

  • Skilled in planogram, floor plan, and visual guideline development.

  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Sketch.

  • Good understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.

  • High creativity and attention to detail.
