Waitress

We are currently hiring a dedicated, professional waitress to join our service team. This role is for individuals who are serious about their work and committed to providing excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet and take customers to the table with a friendly and professional attitude.

2. Present menus and explain menu items confidently, including specials and recommendations.

3. Answer any guest questions about ingredients or food preparation.

4. Take accurate orders, confirming allergy restrictions and guest preferences.

5. Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and presentation.

6. Serve food and beverages professionally, in the correct order and timing.

7. Check back after serving to ensure guest satisfaction; upsell when appropriate.

8. Present the bill when requested and handle payments correctly.

9. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

2. English fluency is a must - both spoken and basic written.

3. Professional grooming and presentation.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Knowledge of standard F&B service sequences and etiquette.

6. Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
