About the role

PT Suzuyo Indonesia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Customer Service Staff to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our warehouse clients, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships.

What youll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders

  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to management as needed

  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise warehouse operations and improve customer service

  • Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and address any concerns

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the warehouse team

What were looking for

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships

  • Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or customer service role

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite

  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team
