Warranty Claim - After Sales Staff

As a Warranty Staff member, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims for all products sold by Surya Bumi Retailindo, across both online and offline purchases. All customer claims are submitted through the cyclopedia.id website, and you will be the key point of contact in ensuring smooth claim processing and effective communication. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, principal brands, and internal teams to provide timely and reliable after-sales service, while also supporting system and quality improvements.

1. Process and manage warranty claims for all Surya Bumi Retailindo products submitted via cyclopedia.id.

2. Communicate directly with customers to clarify issues, provide updates, and ensure a clear and satisfying claim experience.

3. Validate each claim based on internal SOPs and brand/manufacturer warranty policies.

4. Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal departments to ensure fast and accurate resolution of claims.

5. Track and analyze claim trends to identify recurring issues and contribute to product and service quality improvements.

1. Bachelors degree (S1), preferably in Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of experience in warranty or after-sales service, ideally within retail or consumer goods.

3. Strong communication and organizational skills; able to handle multiple claims efficiently.

4. Familiarity with cycling or running products is a plus.
