WWTP WTP Utility Supervisor (Marunda based)

• Supervise day-to-day operations of WWTP and WTP systems, including water quality monitoring, chemical dosing, and system troubleshooting.

• Lead and coordinate a team of utility technicians/operators to maintain high operational standards.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to water discharge, waste treatment, and environmental health & safety.

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of utility equipment (pumps, blowers, compressors, etc.).

• Monitor utility consumption (water, air, gas, electricity) and optimize energy efficiency.

• Manage documentation and reporting related to water quality, waste treatment, and environmental permits.

• Coordinate with third-party contractors for servicing, audit, or compliance checks.

• Implement and improve SOPs for utility operations.

The Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

• Proven min. 4 years experience in wastewater treatment plant operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Familiar with WWTP processes (e.g., biological treatment, sludge handling) and WTP systems (e.g., RO, filtration, softening).

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Willing to work from Mon - Fri and alternate Saturday (half day) and be on-call if required.

• Willing to be placed in KBN Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
