• Melakukan penagihan kepada konsumen dengan jaminan sertifikat properti yang telat bayar

• Melakukan aktivitas collection harian sesuai arahan atasan, memastikan kesesuaian implementasi rencana kerja harian yang telah dibuat sebelumnya (SIC)

• Melakukan reminder kontrak roll rate (early warning) sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai mekanisme kontrol dalam meminimalisasi past due roll rate
