OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team at Girihill Farmhouse in Wanagiri, Kec Sukasada, Kab Buleleng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of guest services, Food and Beverage preffered and ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervise staff, including conducting training and performance evaluations
• Handle budgeting and financial planning to meet business goals
• Maintain guest relations and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Utilize phone systems effectively for guest communication
• Uphold high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property
• Able to managing team, work flow, adn good guest engagement
• Good communication and firm leadership

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or related field
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Having minimun 2 years experiences at the same positions.
