Job Descriptions:

• Menentukan target booking setiap tim telemarketing
• Menyusun strategi pencapaian target/budget, panduan yang diperlukan serta dashboard monitoring pencapaian target & KPI
• Memonitor proses assignment data dari Supervisor ke TMO
• Memonitor pemrosesan aplikasi dari TMO ke cabang
• Mengontrol aktivitas monitoring dan coaching supervisor ke TMO
• Memeriksa kesesuaian reward (promosi dan insentif) dan punishment (surat peringatan) TMO
• Menyelesaikan permasalahan/kendala terkait pemrosesan aplikasi dari telemarketing ke cabang
• Menentukan standar produktivitas TMO berdasarkan jumlah man power dan pencapaian telemarketing
• Mengevaluasi produktivitas TMO setiap bulan dan mengusulkan rencana peningkatan produktivitas TMO
• Meninjau KPI dan reward (promosi & insentif) Telemarketing dan mengusulkan KPI & reward yang mendukung pencapaian target
Mengusulkan crash program dan mengevaluasi hasil pelaksanaannya

Kualifikasi :

• Minimal S1
• 1 tahun sebagai Telemarketing Asst Manager atau dua tahun sebagai Telemarketing Spv
