3D Design Staff - ISI 3D Team

Our ISI 3D team is a specialized in-house division focused on 3D design and visualization. We collaborate closely with design teams from Itoki HQ in Japan and partners across ASEAN countries (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia) to deliver high-impact interior design presentations.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated 3D Design Staff to join the ISI 3D team. The role involves producing 3D visualizations, animation, and VR content to support office interior projects across Asia. Candidates may come from a professional or academic background, as long as they demonstrate strong 3D and technical capabilities.

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for office interior design concepts (still images, animation, and VR)

• Interpret sketches, CAD plans, and design concepts into 3D visuals

• Collaborate with international teams from Japan and ASEAN countries

• Keep up with current trends in design software and visualization techniques

• Manage deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience (academic or professional) in 3D visualization

• Proficient in AutoCAD (required)

• Skilled in SketchUp, V-Ray, D5 Render, and Blender

• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition in interior visuals

• Experience in animation and VR content creation

• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

2. 3D Skills Test - Simple 3D modeling and rendering task

3. Interviews (at least 2 rounds):

   • First round: with 3D Dept. Manager & HRD

   • Final round: with President Director

• Salary: Rp 7.000.000 - Rp 9.000.000 (Based on experience and interview)
