Account Executive
Arkademi is a fast-growing education technology company, offering high-standard training programs for corporate clients. Our goal is to help companies upskill their workforce through flexible, online and offline training delivery.
We are hiring Account Executives to support our growing need for client acquisition in the B2B training sector. This position is suitable for sales professionals who thrive on performance-based rewards and flexible working arrangements.
Site working - Tebet, South JakartaEmployment Type: Contract (3 months)Work Arrangement: Onsite - WFO
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage corporate (B2B) client prospects
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide appropriate solutions tailored to customer/company needs and objectives
Assist in handling client requests and escalating issues as needed
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to meet client needs
Manage sales documents and create required sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree (majoring in Marketing, Communication, Management, or similar)
Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive, B2B Salesperson
Experience in the training, education, or consulting industry is preferred
Communicative, confident in presentations, and possess negotiation skills.
Able to prepare bid/presentation documents well.
Target-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Willing to work WFO in Tebet, South Jakarta
Able to join immediately
Three-month contract
