Account Executive (HRIS)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for HRIS solutions
- Identify client needs and provide customized HRIS product demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, decision makers, and stakeholders
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases
- Collaborate with the product and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep updated with trends in HR tech and competitor offerings
- Provide mentorship or guidance to team

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing & Communication, or related field
- Min. 3 years or more experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRIS or HR tech
- Strong understanding of HR workflows, payroll, attendance, and performance systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling enterprise-level clients is a plus
- Proficiency in sales automation platforms
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel for meetings or events, if necessary
