Account Manager

Qualifications :

• Minimum Education Diploma 3 all major.

• Female min 25 - 30 years old.

• Have a minimum of 1 years of work experience in the field of sales (preferred if you have experience in the field of printing & smart card industry).

• Critical, analytical, dynamic, problem solver.

• Great communications, fluent, can work with teams.

• Understand administration, strategy and sales management.

• Accustomed to working with the target.

• Eager to learn (fast learner).

• Great public speaking (mandatory).

• Open minded.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work with high accuracy even under pressure or supervision.

• Able to manage and process sales-related documents, such as invoices, delivery notes, and sales reports.

• Able to archive documents neatly.

• Able to compose letters, emails, and sales-related messages effectively.

Able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Job Description :

• Ensure the overall target for sales is achieved

• Make effective and efficient planning to achieve the targets set

• Visiting customer and set the projects and auctions

• Understanding of printing industry (having experience preferred)

• Responsible for customer relationship, maintenance of all communication on a regular basis

• Responsible for providing sales target reports and sales income

• Willing to be join immediately with working area in Jakarta.

• Assist with the sales and ordering process, including ensuring product/service availability and work execution.

• Compile sales reports.

• Maintain regular customer database records.

• Facilitate the sales teams administrative needs before they go into the field and interact with customers.

• Follow up on operational and customer feedback or complaints.
