Account Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and reach out to potential business clients that match the music platform services.
  • Follow up with prospects and build a solid client pipeline through regular communication.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions from our platform that add business value.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client training, and continuous support.
  • Create and deliver proposals, presentations, and regular performance updates for clients.
  • Explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant features or services.

Qualifications :

  • A genuine interest in the music is highly valued.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Having experience working with B2B clients is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Willing to be based in West Jakarta.
  • Candidates who are available to join immediately will be prioritized.
