QualificationMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
- Experience in driving business growth and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-collaborative stakeholder management.
- Experience in sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Excellent business acumen and sales skills.
- Ability to succeed in an ambiguous environment with investigative, communication, problem-solving, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to be organized, responsible, and work well with a team.
As the Account Strategist in the mid-market sales (MMS) team, you will offer products to Google Customer Solutions (GCS) customers.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities- Create data-driven, long-term plans for different customers across verticals and industries within a geographical market to optimize advertising solutions and contribute to Googles growth.
- Conduct consultations on a daily basis to understand customer needs and develop tailored advertising strategies, with proper analysis, research and preparation prior to the engagement.
- Develop partnership with customers and agencies to drive product adoption and business growth to achieve mutual benefits for all parties involved.
- Prioritize customer experience while meeting growth goals and ensuring optimal Return on Investment (ROI) for advertisers.
- Work with the team to achieve market goals, implementing creative solutions, and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions.
