Information About The Role

As an Accountant, youll ensure financial accuracy by analyzing documents, verifying transactions, and reconciling ledgers. Your role is key in maintaining compliance and supporting strategic decision-making for the companys growth.

Key Responsibility

• Perform monthly financial analyses, including balance sheets, income statements, and reconciliations.
• Create and implement a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policies and reconciliation processes.
• Assist in the audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle ad-hoc requests as needed to support smooth financial operations.

Requirement

• 2+ years of proven accounting experience, with a strong foundation in financial processes and principles.
• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field, providing solid academic grounding for practical expertise.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting financial data, preparing insightful reports, and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of precision in all financial tasks.
• Positive, proactive mindset, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the companys success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a team environment, and building strong professional relationships.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Strong work ethic, dedicated to the success of the tea,m and committed to achieving collective goals.
• Solid understanding of standard accounting practices and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all financial activities.
