Accounting Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Position: Accounting Specialist (Mandarin)Company: a well-known Chinese Mining & Construction companyPlacement: SCBD, South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management

-Compile and issue sales and service invoices in a timely and accurate manner

-Ensure information in invoices is in accordance with internal requirements and client requests

-Coordinate with relevant divisions for invoice adjustments and follow-ups.

1. Tax Reporting

-Compile monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, income tax, etc.)

-Ensure tax reporting is done in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations

-Monitor changes in relevant tax regulations

1. Chinese Ledger Maintenance

-Recording financial transactions in Chinese ledger

-Maintain accuracy and consistency of records according to internal accounting standards

-Assist with translation of financial reports or documents if required

1. Financial Documentation

-Compile, manage and archive financial documents (notes, receipts, journals, etc.)

-Prepare supporting documents for audit and internal review purposes

-Assist finance team in the preparation of external documents (audits, regulators)

1. Internal Coordination

-Establish effective communication with internal teams and external parties 

-Provide administrative support to finance and accounting team

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles (min. 2-3 years preferred)

3. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English/Indonesian

4. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, income tax, etc.)

5. Experience in invoice processing and financial document management

6. Familiar with general ledger recording and financial reporting

7. Available to join as soon as possible: Required join in July 2025
