Accounting Staff

VIA ALMA Apartment is a joint venture of a foreign company from Japan with the main business in the service apartment company and provide apartment services for special Japanese people with a location in Kota Deltamas, Central Cikarang. Currently, we are looking for the best candidate for a strategic position as below:

Accounting Staff

Location: Kota Deltamas, Central Cikarang.

Job Qualifications:

1. Age between 22 - 28 Years old.                        

2. Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting. 

3. Required language(s): English (Oral and Written), Japanese skills is a point plus.

4. At least 1-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Must have Brevet Tax Certification (A/B/C) and experience with Indonesian tax regulation.   

6. Good experience of PSAK 71, PSAK 72 and PSAK 73 will be an advantage.  

7. Willing to work in Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat. 

8. CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY. 

Job Descriptions:

Accounting                                                                                                                                         

• Review sales agreement from sales section. 

• Create and send Invoice and tax invoice.

• Send Invoice and Tax invoice to Customer. 

• Create and updated list invoice. 

• Create and updated list summary revenue.

• Create and send payment receipt to customer.   

• E-mail payment updated to sales team.                

• Updated list administration and send to CR team.

• Check utility record from each section before issue invoice monthly utility and other charges to customer.

Tax                                                                                                                          

• Reporting monthly tax reporting (VAT, income tax Art. 23/26, income tax Art. 4(2)) and Annual Tax to CORETAX system.

• Create tax reconciliation (VAT IN, income tax Art. 23/26, income tax Art. 4(2) monthly basis. 

• Request final tax slip to customer, filing and summaries.

• Create and submit overbooked tax (if any). 

• Communicate with KRING Pajak, Account Representative and Tax office for update regulation about tax.

Reporting and Closing                                                                                                                     

• Input Journal Revenue, Account receivables, Prepaid expense and other account into ACCURATE Online system.
