Accounting Supervisor

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are an advantage

• Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience in a supervisory role

• Proficient in English (conversation and written)

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP)

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, auditors, and external parties

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively

Job description

• Prepare and maintain chart of accounts

• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing, also reconciliation

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK, etc)

• Assist in group consolidation reporting and intercompany transaction matching

• Support audit process and provide necessary documentation to auditors

• Liaise with treasury and tax teams for company transactions
