About the role

PT Tri Sinar Purnama is seeking an experienced Admin Exim to join our team in Semarang, Central Java. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting our import and export operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes and excellent customer service.

What youll be doing

  • Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, including customs clearance, invoicing, and shipment tracking
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export activities
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and relevant authorities to resolve any issues or queries
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
  • Helping to implement and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency

    • What were looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an import/export environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
