Job Description:

  • To arrange incoming & outgoing document such as Asbuilt drawing, catalogue, engineering file, standard file, testing procedure, ISO document in order to get easy access to the document whenever necessary

  • To update information to engineer if there any document shall be submitted to customer minimum 3 days before dateline in order to avoid delay and to smooth the work process

  • To receive, prepare catalogue, & keep hardcopy & electronic copy from all technical drawings, report & related information in good order based on the policy & procedure to get easy access to the document for future reference

  • Arrange documents / file project in office (filling and name it according to ISO standard)

  • Scan document project (Inquiry or Estimation)

  • Make report or document for customer or stakeholder

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent (any major)

  • Able to speak & write in English

  • Work experience min. 2 years as Administration Staff (EPC Company is advantage)

  • Have a good microsoft office skill

  • Computer literate

  • Proactive, creative, and team player

  • Fast learning and able to work under pressure

  • Tend to like challanges and punctual

  • Tend to improve self-quality or self-development

  • Understand financial terms
