Admin Purchasing Mandarin

About the role

Join PT HUA LONG CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY INDONESIA as an Admin Purchasing Mandarin. This full-time role is based in Jakarta Raya. You will play a key administrative support function within the companys purchasing team, with a focus on utilizing your Mandarin language skills.

What youll be doing

• Assist in the end-to-end purchasing process, from order creation to payment tracking.

• Responsible for creating payment vouchers/payment request forms to the finance team

• Interpret that the payments made by the finance team are in accordance with the amount stated on the invoice

• Ensure that purchase orders and invoices are properly matched and coded before approval.

• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, supplier contracts, and payment schedules on daily basis

• Coordinate with the Purchasing team regarding payment issues/obstacles related to purchase orders that will/have been inputted into the system

• Receive, verify, and process all invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

What were looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or purchasing support role

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, with the ability to translate and interpret effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proven experience in purchasing-related tasks such as order processing, supplier management, and inventory tracking

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
