Admin Purchasing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Purchasing Officer to join our team at Second Floor Coffee in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career growth.

• Assisting the procurement of raw materials and operational supplies

• Creating and maintaining accurate purchase orders, invoices, and procurement-related documents

• Updating and maintaining purchasing data in our internal system

• Supporting document filing, record-keeping, and inventory coordination

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing administration or a similar role

• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a plus (familiar with ESB/ERP system)

• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment

• BPJS TK will be provided after 3 months probation
