About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Quality Control (QC) professional to join the team in our project in Batam, Riau Islands. As an Admin QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of all shipyard operations and projects. This is a full-time position within a dynamic and growing organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to quality assurance and control processes

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement quality control measures

  • Conducting quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

  • Analysing quality data and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures

  • Providing administrative support to the QC team and participating in team meetings

What were looking for

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or quality control role, preferably within the construction or shipbuilding industry

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
