Administration Intern

Kopi Kenangan established in 2017; currently we have close to 900 retail outlets across Indonesia and we are the first SEA F&B Unicorn since 2022.

As an Administration Intern, you will be a part of the corporate legal team and gain hands-on experience in office operations, record keeping, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students looking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/ bachelor degree.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Role:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing and document management.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
