As an After Sales Supervisor (4-Wheel Vehicles), you will be responsible for overseeing after-sales operations, ensuring service quality, managing customer relationships, and optimizing workshop efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in the 4-wheel automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage service teams and resolve customer concerns.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to analyze service performance, implement process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise after-sales service operations to ensure high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims to ensure excellent service experiences.
  • Monitor and improve workshop efficiency, service response times, and technical support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to enhance after-sales support and parts availability.
  • Analyze service performance data and implement strategies for continuous improvement and customer retention.
