Agent Call Center (Ticketing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agent Call Center (Ticketing) to join our team at PT Transcosmos Indonesia. This is a full-time role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Agent Call Center (Ticketing), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and requests related to ticketing.

What youll be doing

  • Answer and respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling tickets

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

  • Identify and escalate any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members

What were looking for

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a ticketing or related industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions

  • Familiarity with call centre software and database management systems

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal

  • A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
