About the role

We are seeking an experienced Apoteker Pendamping to join our dynamic team at PT. BIA SENYUM SEHAT INDAH, a leading healthcare provider in Badung Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services and support to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

What youll be doing

• Dispense and distribute medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Provide medication counselling to patients, educating them on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications
• Monitor patient medication regimens and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
• Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and patient care

What were looking for

• Registered Pharmacist license in Indonesia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Apoteker Pendamping or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, patient safety protocols, and medication management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and the healthcare team
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and electronic medical records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in problem-solving
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
