Architectural and Specification Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in the building materials industry.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes in project settings.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting working drawings (CAD, SketchUp, BIM) and performing cost estimations.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English.

Job Description:

• Promote Knauf Indonesias systems, including both existing and new products, within the project market.

• Manage and integrate Knauf Indonesias systems into specification documents and drawings for architects and other stakeholders involved in project specifications, such as contractors, owners, construction management, and quantity surveyors.

• Develop Project Specification Proposals and prepare supporting documents for material approval stages within projects.

• Conduct regular visits to customers and project sites to ensure all supporting data is current and aligned with project requirements.

• Obtain specification documents/drawings and provide Knauf Project Proposals tailored to detailed project needs.
