  1. Set & achieve sales targets

  2. Managing sales and distributor teams

  3. Building & strengthening distribution network

  4. Market and sales analysis

  5. Strategizing and promotion

  6. Inter-departmental coordination

  7. Routine reporting

  8. Handling operational constraints

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum education is bachelors degree

  2. Maximum age 43 years

  3. Minimum 2 years experience in sales manager, preferably with sales administration experience in Pharmaceutical/Distributor/FMCG Company.

  4. Interpersonal skills: leadership, negotiation, communication, team coaching, presentation, relationship management

  5. Analysis & data: able to process sales data (Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot,etc), create strategies based on market insights

  6. Mobility: have own vehicle & driving license, ready for regular area visits

  7. Personal character: meticulous, honest, enthusiastic, pressure resistant, target focused, able to work independently & in a team

  8. Proficient in using Ms. Office.
