Key Responsibilities

• Partner with a Copywriter to concept and execute standout creative ideas across campaigns.

• Turn strategic insights into visual stories that are bold, fresh, and on-brand.

• Lead and inspire designers to craft work that meets high creative standards.

• Bring ideas to life through moodboards, mockups, storyboards, and final designs.

• Present creative work with confidence, both internally and to clients.

• Uphold and evolve brand aesthetics and tone across touchpoints.

A bit about you

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in an agency or brand environment.

• A killer portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking and design craft across media.

• Strong grasp of layout, typography, motion, and design systems.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

• Experience leading junior creatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Curious, collaborative, and driven by creative excellence.
