Assistant Brand Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1), with at least 3 years of experience in a well-known national or large-scale company, directly engaging with end users or customers (B2C, not B2B). Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a strong advantage.

• This role is based at the Gratyo® Headquarter - North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies — online & offline, organic & paid, ATL & BTL, partnerships & collaborations — to boost brand awareness and customer conversion.

• Own and drive brand strategy, crafting innovative marketing plans that build brand equity.

• Analyze market data and consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights for growth-driven, profit-oriented marketing strategies.

• Lead and manage brand projects, showcasing leadership and strategic thinking.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Customer Success, Finance, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution and impactful brand communication.
