Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our daily operations and assist with communications. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and confident using English in a professional setting. Working schedule Monday-Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule meetings with partners, clients, and internal teams
Provide administrative support: documentation, filing, emails, and reports
Assist in communication and follow-ups (in person, by phone, and via email)
Translate or interpret during meetings when needed (English-Bahasa)
Help prepare presentations, proposals, or meeting materials
Handle tasks delegated by management efficiently and professionally
Good command of spoken and written English is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic work situations
Previous experience in an assistant, admin, or coordinator role is a must
Proficient in basic office software
Friendly and supportive work environment
