We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our daily operations and assist with communications. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and confident using English in a professional setting. Working schedule Monday-Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with partners, clients, and internal teams

  • Provide administrative support: documentation, filing, emails, and reports

  • Assist in communication and follow-ups (in person, by phone, and via email)

  • Translate or interpret during meetings when needed (English-Bahasa)

  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, or meeting materials

  • Handle tasks delegated by management efficiently and professionally

Requirements:
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic work situations

  • Previous experience in an assistant, admin, or coordinator role is a must

  • Proficient in basic office software
