ASSISTANT MANAGER - MANDARIN (Jakarta Office)

Job Description :

  • Translate (Verbally, Written)

  • Negotiate with other party

  • Providing secretarial / administrative / financial / others to support Manager

  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and coworkers.

  • Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.

Requirements :

  • Having minimum 2 years experience at the same field

  • Good communication skill

  • Fluent in Indonesian and Mandarin is a must, 

  • Prior experience in the medical & health industry preferred

  • Fluent in English is an advantage

  • Detailed, fast learner, hard worker, honest and friendly

  • Willing to work overtime

  • Able to operate Microsoft Office Computer as well (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Adobe Photoshop)
