Assistant, Supply Chain and Logistic

Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement processes, including PR, PO, and goods receipt, through NAV system

• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate documentation of incoming goods

• Support inventory management and kit assembly

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain updated records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior administrative/logistics experience is advantageous

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
