B2B Assesment Consultant
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the team in executing B2B client projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and assess team performance regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback and support for team improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Report project progress and any issues to senior management.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team members.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Set and maintain standard quality of assessment and BEI delivered by Partner/Vendor
- Conducting assessments and BEI to measure individuals knowledge, skills, and abilities
Minimum Qualifications
- I/O Psychologist or strong educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields.
- Possess certification on Behavioral Event Interview and Assessment Center management or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an internal assessor within a professional setting.
- Proven record in designing and managing recruitment and selection on a large scale, preferably within B2B and mass hiring contexts.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel if required.
