B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, identify, and target new business opportunities within the B2B market, including corporate clients, factories, and commercial buildings.

  2. Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions and how they can achieve long-term savings with solar panel installations.

  3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and project follow-ups.

  4. Collaborate with product and operation teams to provide customized energy solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.

  5. Keep up to date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

  6. Track sales performance, manage leads and opportunities, and report regularly on sales progress and forecasts.

  7. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and opening up opportunities for future sales.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering/Renewable Energy/Management, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the solar, energy, or related industries.

  3. Deep understanding of solar technology and its benefits for businesses and industries.

  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  5. Ability to present complex technical information in an accessible and persuasive way.

  6. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  7. Proficiency in English, Microsoft office, google sheets, and presentations tools.

  8. Have valid SIM C/A driving license.
