Bar Supervisor - SKYE Jakarta

About the roleAs the Bar Supervisor at SKYE Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of beverage quality and presentation. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, this is a full-time role based in Central Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the bar team to deliver efficient and friendly service

• Ensure bar staff are fully trained and adhere to all policies and procedures

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages

• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Assist in creating and implementing new bar concepts and cocktail menus

• Contribute to the overall success of SKYE Jakarta by exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction targets

What were looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a bar supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

• Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktail/mocktail recipes, and liquor/spirit knowledge

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations

• Proficient in cash handling and inventory management

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
