Job Summary:

As a Barista in our vegan restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality smoothies, juices, and other healthy plant-based beverages. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and uphold our commitment to wellness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve smoothies, cold-pressed juices, herbal teas, plant-based lattes, and other healthy beverages according to recipes and standards.

• Operate and clean equipment such as blenders, juicers, coffee machines, and other bar tools.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols at all times.

• Restock and rotate ingredients, fruits, vegetables, and dry goods.

• Educate customers about ingredients, benefits of superfoods, and menu items when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and bar area.

• Take and process customer orders quickly and accurately.

• Support team members during peak hours or in other sections when needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the supervisor.

• Follow zero-waste and sustainable practices wherever possible.
