Barista Suprvisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of healthy and indulgent drinks, including protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices, and specialty cocktails.
• Customize drinks to meet the dietary and fitness goals of our members.
• Welcome members warmly and engage in conversations about fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
• Provide guidance on drink selections that align with their workout routines and health objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; replenish as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring all drinks are prepared and served hygienically.
• Follow local regulations regarding alcohol service, if applicable.
• Collaborate with gym staff to create a cohesive and positive member experience.
• Assist in organizing gym events and promotions involving beverage services.

Other Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• To comply with local legislation and be conversant and act in accordance with any such matters relating to your department.
• Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company.
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• Attend training and meetings as/when required.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:

• Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
